- We are a team of 2 so we hope you'll understand if we are slow in replying emails, smses or not taking calls when we are busy.
- Orders are taken in on a first come first serve basis.
- We do not reserve any baking slots for any unpaid orders.
- We require full payment or a deposit of 50% upon confirmation of your order.
- All Payment and deposits will be forfeited if notice of cancellation is less then 1 week before the handover.
- Self collection will be at buangkok or kovan and please keep to your time slot once its confirmed.
- Orders should be sent in at least 1-2 weeks before date of collection. Last minute orders will not be entertained .
